Do you want to refuse military service in Germany and be recognised as a conscientious objector under Article 4(3) of the Basic Law? We can support you with our free advisory service.

From 1 January 2026, military registration, conscription and so-called voluntary military service will be reintroduced in Germany. Reservists can also submit this application if they have already served in the British Armed Forces.

Mediation

For difficult conflict situations, we offer confidential mediation between life and business partners or group mediation for clarification in your organisation or social environment. We can put together an intercultural team for this purpose.

For schools, we can also offer training as conflict mediators for pupils.

Moderation

We offer you moderation of team meetings, your retreat, as well as conferences and between project partners. Using participative moderation techniques, we guide you through a results-orientated process of clarification and the development of planning steps. The results can be reviewed and further developed in a subsequent monitoring process.

Evaluation

We can evaluate your project externally and document the results. To this end, we work with you to develop the criteria and catalogue of questions for the evaluation and are happy to present and reflect on the results in a participatory evaluation with the project partners.
